Last month, my daughter Xuan inssist us to make her a cake. It has been long long time I have not touching my baking equipments (ever since I involved in the corporate world).
I started to read thro' all recipes and browse food related bloggers to find ideas.
hihihi.... while looking my cook books, i decided to have my own new creation... that is "Corn Pudding Steamed Cake". The method is Steamed not baked. It has two layers : ie.. bottom corn pudding and top layer is steamed cake...
Teng... Teng... Teng..... the cake turn out to be Alright laa..... Aiya..the look is Okay! but taste quite good.
Seee... my daughter is the first enjoying the cake.
