130 gm icing sugar
50 gm cake flour
6 eggs
45 gm. melted butter
50g coconut powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon essence vanilla
1 tablespoon strawberry puree / jam
To decorate :
Fresh cream
Strawberry (optional)
Method :
1. Whisk butter and caster sugar until fluffy. Add in eggs.
2. Fold in sifted flour mixtures, add in coconut powder and essence vanilla until combined.
3. Pour into a baking tray and bake at 160C for about 50 mins until the cake is golden color.
4. Remove from oven and leave on wire rack to cool completely.
5. Cut the cake into tringular to share like a HOUSE.
6. In between, spread strawberry puree or jam.
7. Decorate with fresh cream, fresh strawberry and strawberry puree.
