Pumpkin Chiffon Cake

for the pass few days, ah girl keep asking us to buy her Chiffon Cake. Since today ah boy is watching his cartoon, I decided to baked this simple cake for ah girl. Supposingly wanted to bake Pandan Chiffon Cake...but i realised that I do not have any Pandan Leave at home.

Our family love Pumpkin. Since there is pumpkin at home, I make good used of pumpkin as replacement for Pandan. It turn out nice and tasty... well... something different. * ;) *
